Official Policies


It is our goal to ensure the safety of and enjoyment for all attendees at IWBC. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the show policies below.

Admission Policy

All persons planning to attend IWBC must be registered.

Guest/Spouse Policy

Guests and spouses are welcome to attend IWBC but must register as an attendee.

Children

Children are able to attend the conference as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Those 16 years of age and older must purchase an attendee pass. Children are not permitted to attend tours or special events held outside of the convention center.

Name badges

You must wear your IWBC badge to access the show floor and meeting rooms. Name badges will NOT be mailed in advance. To pick up your name badge, please bring your email confirmation with you to Registration.

Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before the early bird deadline of October 7, 2020, will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.
  • Cancellations received on or after October 8, 2020, will be refunded 50% of all fees paid, or receive a 100% credit towards the next year’s event.
  • Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the show, but the request must be in writing by the original registrant.
  • If IWBC is cancelled as a result of COVID-19, all registrants will have the option to receive a 100% refund or roll your registration to next year’s event.
Photography/Videography/ Audio Recording

Cell phone, still or video photography and/or filming of any display or product are STRICTLY prohibited unless permission has been obtained from Show Management and the firm whose booth is being photographed/filmed.

Literature & Product Distribution

You are not allowed to place your materials in the publication bins unless you have a signed agreement from Show Management. Unauthorized materials will be discarded.

Smoking

The BCEC has a no smoking policy within all areas of the venue. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so in designated areas outside the BCEC. We appreciate your cooperation.

Pet Policy

IWBC allows a service animal that is for the benefit an individual with a disability (including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability).
