Refund Policy


Exhibitor Cancellation and Default
  • All exhibitor cancellations must be received by Management in writing and acknowledged by Management.
  • If written notice of cancellation is received by Management before September 12, 2018, the Exhibitor will pay a $500 cancellation fee.
  • If written notice of cancellation is received by Management on September 12, 2018, or later, 100% of the total exhibition fee is due.
