Paid IWBC tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization with a letter identifying the person taking your place or choose to roll your registration over to the following year. Substitution Requests & Roll Overs are subject to a $49 processing fee and must be received at least 30 days in advance of the event.
